I made these for work the other day chocolate cupcakes with chocolate butter cream icing and shaved white chocolate on top, I am a vanilla butter cream fan with my cakes, until I found this recipe, this was so good
For the cupcake, I just used a chocolate cake mix with mini chocolate chips
1 box of Hershey's white chocolate pudding mix,
1 stick of butter(instead of oil)
1 cup of milk(instead of water)
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla.
The white on top is shaved white chocolate.
Chocolate icing recipe
8 tablespoons butter, softened(1 stick)
3 cups confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups confectioners' sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Place butter in a bowl and beat until creamy
2. Add sugar and cocoa, mixing well
3. Stir in milk in portions, stirring each time
4. Add vanilla
5. Add salt
mix until creamy
Spread on cooled cake
